The records page says paper accident and incident reports can be requested in person or by mail for $5, and accident reports are usually available five to seven business days after the incident. The public-records form lists categories such as police case reports, arrest records, motor vehicle accidents, photos, and video; listed fees include $5 for police or arrest reports up to five sheets, $10 for six sheets or more, and $35 for photos when the applicant supplies a CD, DVD, or flash drive.
